Responsibilities

- Assist in food preparation tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing, and assembling baked items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace to uphold hygiene standards
- Package baked goods efficiently for display or customer purchase while ensuring freshness
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products and offering recommendations when needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in a bakery, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and kitchen sanitation practices
- Skills in cake decorating, food preparation, and general baking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
