OUTBOUND STATION (O|S) is the station stop to fuel up on your journey, but not the crude way. With craft burgers, coffee, and premium convenience we hope to help start your journey the right way, whatever it may be.
Our Kitchen Crew are responsible for the preparation, cooking & service of O|S food. Coffee & Burgers are our dream, our ideal candidates pride themselves on continuity, determined to learn, and want to be a part of a team that delivers outstanding food.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Prep & Cook menu items according to O|S recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines

Coordinate with other kitchen members to offer a perfectly timed order, ensuring that all food served meets our high standards for flavour, freshness, and quality

Greet customer & operate POS, ensuring high attention to details when taking orders (e.g. preferences of food items, allergies, etc.) and handing off food & beverages

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and ingredients are ready for service and tool rotation processes are followed. Including, checking if kitchen equipment operates properly, is detailed and report any maintenance needs

Stock/restock inventory appropriately, ensuring stock is always prepped and available. Inventory counts may be required

Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards, including safe food handling and proper storage practices

Adaptability to assist with other tasks as needed, such as prep work, inventory management, and supporting other team members

Check/clean washrooms, picnic & garbage areas
