Searching for highly motivated individual with strong leadership capabilities to oversee the Head Cook duties of a unique modern, fast casual dining experience. Responsibilities:
- Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
- Ensure every meal served maintains Flamos quality standards before they reach the customer
- Remedy any problems or defects
- Be fully in charge of hiring, managing and training kitchen staff, prep persons and dishwashers.
- Responsible for inventory management and buying supplies.
- Oversee the work of subordinates
- Estimate staff’s workload
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers
Requirements
- Proven experience as Head Chef (minimum 2 years)
- Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
- Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
- Credentials in health and safety training
Hours of Operation:
Monday to Sunday- 11 am until 9 pm
