Overview
Wholesaler/distributor of home décor products located in Ville St. Laurent area. We are currently looking for a responsible, hardworking office worker who will help with the everyday office routine. Duties will include but not be limited to general office tasks, answering the telephone and greeting clients. Knowledge of basic accounting would be an asset.
Skills needed:
- 3+ years of experience in an office
- French / English fluency (both written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of Excel and Word
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills and a courteous nature
- Highly organized, self-motivated, positive and adaptable
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good time management and problem solving skills
