We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Server Assistants and Hosts to join our front-of-house team. These roles are essential to maintaining smooth service, supporting the service team, and ensuring every guest receives their dishes promptly and presented at the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food from the kitchen to tables efficiently, accurately, and with care
- Support servers by clearing, resetting, and maintaining clean, organized tables
- Greeting, seating, and managing our reservation software
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
- Handle plates and equipment safely and professionally during busy service periods
- Anticipate the needs of both guests and the service team during peak hours
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Experience with OpenTable an asset
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others
- Ability to stay organized and composed under pressure
- Previous restaurant experience is an asset, but not required
