Job Description:
Primarily responsible for providing services to customers via telephone, fax and email.
Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned):
- Answer incoming telephone calls, respond to customer inquiries and enter orders into computer system in a timely manner.
- Provide support to high profile customers and coordinate large/complicated orders.
- Ensure Opportunities and Cases are kept updated in CRM system.
- Keep Outside Sales updated on quotations and order status.
- Provide catalogue and pricing information to customers.
- Provide comprehensive product and selection support to customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Some college coursework is preferred.
- Three (3) years of customer service or administrative experience with a power transmission distributor or other power transmission manufacturer.
- Experience with data entry and Microsoft Excel.
- French language knowledge is an asset
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
