The role:
- You’ll own the full sales process from first qualification call to signed contract. You’ll also work a pipeline of previous leads to reactivate.
- No cold outreach. No prospecting. Warm inbound only.
- We use an NEPQ-based approach. If you know your close rate and you’re confident in it, this is for you.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record closing high-ticket B2B deals
- Confident in your close rate and able to speak to it specifically
- Familiar with consultative/NEPQ-based sales methodology
- Self-directed — you manage your pipeline, your follow-ups, your process
- High character: honest, dependable, and genuinely invested in client outcomes

Compensation:
- 8% commission on high-ticket B2B retainers
- Full perpetual commission on every renewal you close, for as long as you’re with us
- Uncapped — your income scales directly with what you close and retain

Muskoka — if you’d rather work in person, you’d actually live here, not just visit on vacation. Lower cost of living, genuine community, no traffic, and in-person collaboration in our office in downtown Huntsville, ON
Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
