The successful candidate will assist in providing administrative and clerical support across the clinic, helping cover for other MOAs and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone
- Schedule and confirm appointments using electronic medical records (EMR) software
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, filing, and processing documents
- Prepare and maintain patient charts and records
- Process payments and assist with billing tasks as needed
- Keep examination and waiting areas clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
- Assist other MOAs and provide coverage support during absences or busy times
- Perform basic medical office duties such as taking vital signs or preparing rooms when required

Requirements
- Completion of a Medical Office Assistant (MOA) diploma or certification program (or in progress) - preferred
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems (training provided)
- Prior administrative or customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Schedule
The clinic operates Monday through Friday.
This position is 4 days per week (approximately 28 hours total).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
