Pure + Simple is a natural skincare & spa company specializing in facials and advanced skin treatments. We're looking for a talented Part-Time Esthetician to join our Eglinton team! Sunday and Mondays are a must.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform expert touch based facials with proper extraction techniques and exceptional massage skills (face, décolleté, scalp, arms, and legs).
- Provide advanced skin treatments, including Microdermabrasion, HydraPeel, JetPeel, IPL, Microneedling, LED, and Radiofrequency.
- Offer customized product recommendations and treatment plans based on skin analysis.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment space.
- Build strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer service.

What You Bring:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in esthetics (outside of schooling/school clinic)
- Diploma from an accredited esthetics program
- Strong expertise in facials, extractions, and massage techniques
- Confidence in recommending and selling treatments, upgrades, and homecare products to support client results
- Proven ability (or willingness to develop) in rebooking clients and building a loyal, returning clientele
- Experience with waxing, tinting, and advanced skin treatments (Microdermabrasion, IPL, etc.) is an asset
What to Expect in This Role:
- Hours – Our busiest times are weekends and evenings, so this position will require availability during those times. Hours of operation are subject to change. Schedule is subject to change based on business levels.
- Compensation – The posted wage range reflects total compensation, which includes a base hourly rate and projected commission earned through services, upgrades, and retail.
