About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner + Stocking Associate to help maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment. This position combines cleaning, inventory management, and light property maintenance duties. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works independently, and has a strong eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces to a high standard
- Restock supplies and organize storage areas to ensure items are easily accessible
- Monitor inventory levels and report when supplies require replenishment
- Complete inventory counts and report missing, damaged, or low-stock items
- Take before-and-after photos when required
- Ensure all areas remain safe, clean, and guest-ready
- Assist with light property maintenance and basic troubleshooting when needed
- Follow company cleaning procedures and health & safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, Airbnb, or hotel cleaning preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation is considered an asset
- Basic maintenance or handyman skills are an advantage
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
