We are seeking an experienced Floral Designer with strong design skills, creativity, and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate thrives both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment where innovation and artistic expression are highly valued.
Requirements & Qualifications
Floral Design Experience
- Minimum 2 years of custom floral design experience in a high-volume flower shop or design studio
- OR
- Floral Design School Diploma
Creative & Innovative
- Ability to create unique floral designs using effective combinations of colour, floral materials, vessels, and accents
Team-Oriented
- Works well in a collaborative, supportive environment while also being self-motivated and dependable
Friendly & Professional
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
Strong Time Management
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Flexible Availability
- Willingness to work some weekends and additional hours during peak holiday and wedding seasons
