About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Customer Success Coordinator to join our fast-growing Hotel Division. This role is critical in supporting our Director of Housing and ensuring seamless coordination between our clients and hotel partners.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where responsiveness, accountability, and communication are key. Success in this role requires someone who takes initiative, thrives under pressure, and is committed to getting the job done right—without shortcuts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Housing with hotel inventory management and partner coordination
- Assist with extending inventory and managing hotel availability
- Prepare and send Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to hotel partners
- Manage day-to-day customer and partner support with a high level of responsiveness
- Submit and track confirmation numbers accurately with hotel partners
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide solutions quickly and professionally
- Provide after-hours support when required
Communication Expectations (Critical for Success)
This role is not email-only.
We are specifically looking for someone who is:
- Comfortable and confident on the phone
- Willing to pick up the phone instead of relying on email to resolve issues quickly
- Able to handle difficult or high-pressure conversations with clients and partners
- Proactive in communicating—not avoiding conversations when challenges arise
If you prefer to communicate only through email, this role is not the right fit. We need someone who understands that real-time conversations are often the fastest and most effective way to solve problems.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in customer success, hospitality, or a related role
- Experience in the hotel or travel industry is strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (especially Gmail)
- Excellent attention to detail—accuracy is critical in this role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment without missing key details
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of issues
- Organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Education
- College or university education is an asset, but not required
