Relevant diploma AND a few years of related experience OR several years of equivalent experience.

Advanced proficiency in both oral and written French.
- General Health and Safety on Construction Sites course (ASP Construction card – Québec only).

Field experience on mechanical or industrial construction sites (an asset).
- Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and schematics.
- Ability to assemble simple and complex components.
- Knowledge of the metric system.
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors, sometimes in demanding conditions.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Availability for extended travel.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to work extended hours (10 hours/day, 6 days/week depending on projects).
- Ability to live in shared accommodations for extended periods.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within North America.
- Good physical condition to perform various manual tasks and lift loads of up to 35 kg.
