Duties
- Diagnose appliance issues using schematics, technical manuals, and hands-on inspection techniques
- Perform repairs on various appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers
- Utilize electrical knowledge to identify wiring problems, motor failures, or control board malfunctions
- Apply mechanical skills to replace parts, assemble components, and ensure proper appliance operation

- Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to guide repair procedures
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, timelines, and maintenance tips
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings
Requirements
- Proven electrical experience with the ability to troubleshoot wiring and electronic components
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to appliance assembly and disassembly
- Hands-on experience in appliance repair or related technical fields such as HVAC or electronics
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and professionally
- Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools for appliance troubleshooting
- Basic assembly skills for installing or replacing appliance parts and components
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
