Welcome Cars Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our dealership team. In this role, you will build relationships with customers, showcase our vehicle inventory, and guide buyers through every step of the purchasing process. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while consistently achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve dealership sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities.
- Present vehicle features, pricing, financing, and trade-in options to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage sales activities using the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and customers to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve concerns.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and dealership sales targets.
Requirements
- Valid OMVIC License.
- Valid Ontario driver's license.
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
