The Role
As a Bridal Sales Consultant, you help brides turn their vision into reality. You listen with the intent to truly understand, bring warmth and professionalism to every interaction, and recognize that the experience is just as important as the dress. You are passionate about people, comfortable with sales, and excited to contribute to a positive, high‑performing team.
What you’ll do
- Work in a collaborative environment: maintain store appearance, set up displays and merchandising, assist with promotions and events, and support colleagues as needed.
- Achieve targeted sales goals: meet personal sales targets, lead by example in sales and product knowledge, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Build rapport with brides and their families: listen to their desires and needs to help them find their dream dress.
- Excel in styling: style brides so they feel their absolute best while showcasing strong knowledge of current bridal trends, silhouettes, and designers.
- Provide honest, encouraging feedback: guide brides on fit and alterations options and be a calm, supportive presence throughout their appointment.
- Grow your own clientele: use your entrepreneurial skills to develop and maintain a loyal client base and generate referrals.
Weekends are highly dynamic and fast‑paced, so you must be able to multitask, work independently, and perform well under pressure.
Compensation
- Hourly wage plus commission

Typical earnings range from $17–$35+ per hour including commission and tips, depending on performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bridal retail or a related service/retail industry
- Proven sales experience (minimum 2 years) with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and POS/booking software
- Flexible availability
- Part‑time: 2–3 shifts per week (Must have bridal experience)
- Full‑time: 4–5 shifts per week
- Weekends required
- Ability to lift a minimum of 15 lbs
- Passion for bridal fashion and genuinely enjoys assisting people
