As one of the first faces and voices our patients encounter, you'll play a critical role in creating the exceptional experience we're known for - from a new patient's first inquiry to the day they complete treatment with a confident smile.

What You'll Do:
- Welcome patients and families with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Create an exceptional first impression for every patient who walks through our doors
- Coordinate appointments and support the day-to-day flow of the practice
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families throughout their orthodontic journey
- Assist patients with insurance questions, benefits verification, and payment arrangements
- Communicate with insurance providers and help patients maximize their orthodontic benefits
- Connect with new patient inquiries by phone, text, email, and in person
- Guide prospective patients through the consultation and treatment-start process
- Ensure every patient feels comfortable, informed, and cared for
- Help create a positive, organized, and welcoming environment for patients and team members alike
