We are currently seeking a Clinic Manager at our Burquitlam location. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced healthcare administrator or clinic leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences, developing strong teams, and ensuring operational excellence.

Position Summary
The Clinic Manager is responsible for the overall ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional patient experiences, strong team performance, and alignment with Coast Therapy's culture and values.
This role serves as the primary operational leader within the clinic, supporting both administrative and clinical teams while maintaining high standards of service, organization, compliance, and patient care. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys developing people, improving systems, and creating an outstanding patient experience.
What you will be doing:
As the Clinic Manager, you'll lead by example and help create an environment where both patients and staff can thrive.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and guiding the clinic team through mentorship, coaching, and day-to-day leadership.
- Leading onboarding and training of new team members while fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
- Setting the standard for professionalism, organization, customer service, and patient care.
- Working alongside the team to ensure smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences.
- Helping staff develop confidence, accountability, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Supporting scheduling, billing, administrative processes, and clinic workflow to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail throughout the clinic.
- Acting as a communication bridge between clinic staff and leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and helping implement solutions that enhance both patient care and team success.
This is a hands-on leadership role. We are looking for someone who enjoys teaching, supporting others, and contributing to a positive team culture while helping the clinic operate at its highest level.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in clinic management, healthcare administration, medical office leadership, or a similar operational role.
- Strong understanding of healthcare billing processes, including ICBC and WorkSafeBC, is considered a significant asset.
- Experience supervising, coaching, and supporting team members.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
- Experience with Jane App or similar EMR software is considered an asset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
- MOA certification or equivalent healthcare administration experience is considered an asset.

Wage/Salary: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated leadership ability.
Hours/Locations: We are hiring for Burquitlam location. Preference will be given to those with flexibility and availability, and those looking for longer term &/or to settle into a career position. Working evenings/weekends (even occationally) to help all MOA staff would be ideal, but a set schedule will be allocated.
