Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Restaurant Servers/Crew Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, assist with food and beverage orders, and ensure a welcoming dining environment. Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Prepare and serve food items according to safety and sanitation standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and service stations
- Assist with food preparation when needed, ensuring quality standards are met
- Manage multiple tables or stations effectively through excellent time management skills
- Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Experience with food handling, serving, and cashiering in a restaurant environment
- Proficiency in POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance
- Kitchen experience or food industry background is a plus but not required
- Effective communication skills for teamwork and guest interactions
