Job Title: Epoxy Floor Coating Technician – Crew Lead (Experienced)
Location: Kelowna, BC (local travel only, home every night)
Job Type: Full-time | Contract considered
Pay: CA$28–$40/hr based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays in peak season
We are hiring one experienced technician who can lead.
We install epoxy and polyaspartic garage floor coating systems for homeowners across Kelowna and the Okanagan. We run tight, clean jobsites with a repeatable process and a high standard for finish quality.
This role is for someone who already knows the work — we're not starting from scratch. If you've mixed and applied 2-part coating systems, run a grinder, and managed a jobsite — we want to talk to you. You'll get full onboarding on our products, systems, and quality standards. We expect you to arrive with hands-on coatings or concrete prep experience — that foundation is on you.
What this role actually looks like day-to-day:
- Running a 2–3 person crew from setup to final inspection
- Surface prep: diamond grinding, shot blasting prep, moisture checks, crack repair
- Mixing and applying 2-part epoxy and polyaspartic systems (primer, broadcast, scrape, topcoat)
- Keeping homeowners informed and comfortable on-site
- Holding quality standards on every install — no shortcuts
- Local travel between Kelowna and surrounding Okanagan communities (home every night)
You're who we're looking for if:
- You have direct, hands-on experience with epoxy or polyaspartic floor coatings — this is required, not preferred
- You've done concrete surface prep (grinding, crack repair, moisture mitigation)
- You've led or mentored others on a jobsite
- You hold a valid driver's license and can reliably get yourself to job sites
- You're eligible to work in Canada
- You take pride in finish quality and leave jobsites cleaner than you found them
- You show up when you say you will
Painting, flooring, or concrete finishing backgrounds are also relevant — but only apply if you are comfortable being honest about exactly what you've done and haven't done.
What we offer:
- $28–$40/hr — we pay more for people who actually know this work
- Performance-based raises with a clear path, not vague promises
- Paid training on our systems and products (not the trade — you bring that)
- Tools and uniforms provided
- Consistent, local work with a growing owner-operated company
- Small crew, no politics, no overnight travel
- You'll work directly with the owners — decisions get made fast
How to apply:
Apply through Indeed or email us at [email protected] with your resume and a short message that answers all of the required questions. Applications without answers will not be reviewed.
Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
Benefits:
- Company car

Application question(s):
- Valid Canadian driver's license and are you eligible to work in Canada?
- What epoxy, polyaspartic, concrete, or coatings work have you done? Be specific — products used, types of jobs, your role.
