CGI's Management Consulting and Strategic IT Consulting practice is seeking an innovative, strategic and growth-oriented leader to lead and expand our Data & AI Advisory Center of Excellence (CoE) within our Greater Montreal business unit.
This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to position CGI as a trusted advisor in AI strategy, data transformation and AI-enabled business transformation for some of Quebec's most influential organizations.
As a strategic advisor to executive leadership teams and C-suite stakeholders, you will help clients define and execute their vision for artificial intelligence, data and advanced analytics to drive measurable and sustainable business outcomes.
You will play a key role in evolving CGI's AI and Data Advisory offerings while strengthening executive client relationships and leading complex, high-impact transformation initiatives.

Your future duties and responsibilities
As the leader of the Data & AI Advisory Center of Excellence, you will oversee the growth and evolution of CGI's strategic consulting capabilities in artificial intelligence, data and advanced analytics.
You will be responsible for:
- Expanding CGI's AI, Data and Analytics practice and advisory offerings
- Advising organizations on AI strategy and enterprise transformation roadmaps
- Strengthening executive-level client relationships
- Driving new business opportunities and supporting consulting revenue growth
- Positioning CGI as a market leader in AI and Data Advisory in Quebec
- Providing executive oversight on strategic transformation engagements to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction
- Playing a critical role at the intersection of business, data and emerging technologies to help organizations adopt AI responsibly and sustainably
- Managing and evolving the Montreal Innovation Centre
Key Responsibilities
Executive AI & Data Advisory and Strategic Leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives on AI and data transformation initiatives
- Support clients in defining AI visions, data governance models and operating frameworks
- Promote responsible, ethical and sustainable AI adoption practices
Practice Growth & Market Development
- Develop strategic client accounts and generate new growth opportunities
- Identify emerging trends in AI, data and analytics to evolve CGI's consulting offerings
- Strengthen CGI's market presence through thought leadership, executive engagement and industry visibility
- Contribute to positioning CGI as a trusted strategic partner in AI and data transformation
Practice Leadership & CoE Development
- Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing team of senior consultants specializing in AI and data advisory
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and consulting excellence
- Ensure delivery quality, governance and operational performance across engagements
- Contribute to the evolution of methodologies, accelerators and advisory capabilities within the Center of Excellence
- Ensure alignment with global and Canadian leadership on AI and Data offerings and go-to-market approaches
- Participate in the AI Counci
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting
- Significant experience in consulting leadership and practice development roles
- Strong expertise in AI strategy, data governance, advanced analytics and digital transformation
- Proven experience delivering complex transformation programs involving AI, data and technology modernization
- Strong understanding of business and technology challenges related to enterprise AI adoption
- Established executive network in Quebec with demonstrated business development success
