Lambton Kia is currently looking for a motivated and driven individual to fill a unique hybrid role focusing on Finance Manager responsibilities with additional income potential as an Automotive Sales Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the automotive industry while maximizing their earning potential.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their needs and presenting suitable options
- Guide clients through the full sales process—from initial contact to vehicle delivery
- Present financing and protection options clearly and professionally. Customer satisfaction is our priority.
- Work with lenders to secure approvals and structure deals
- Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that include outbound sales efforts such as cold calling, B2B outreach, and outside sales initiatives to expand the dealership’s customer base.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads using CRM software to track progress and optimize follow-up.
- Follow-up post-sale with clients, and talk to service clients who have warranty terms expiring.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across both new and pre-owned inventory

What We’re Looking For:
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer service
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage both sales and finance responsibilities
- Previous automotive sales or finance experience is an asset (but not required for the right candidate)
- Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented
- Clean driver's abstract, and a valid Ontario driver's license
Proven experience in automotive sales dealership roles with sales success is considered to be a strong asset for this role. Import vehicle dealership experience is a plus.

Pay: $44,721.89-$156,558.35 per year
