We’re looking for a Wine-Savvy All-Rounder for Small General Store, Bottle Shop & Café!
We’re a cozy, community-focused spot, and we’re on the lookout for a passionate, knowledgeable team member who wears many hats! If you love sharing your wine expertise, can guide customers on fine cheeses, meats, and specialty products, and know your way around an espresso machine, we want you on board!
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with wine selections from around the world (Smart Serve required, as you’ll be serving at our evening wine bar).
- Share your product knowledge on gourmet items (charcuterie, pastas, etc.).
- Prepare top-notch specialty coffees on a commercial espresso machine.
- Work in both the bottle shop and café, helping with general store tasks.
Schedule:
- Thursday & Friday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Closed Mondays & Tuesdays (optional Wednesdays)
What You Bring:
- Solid wine knowledge and Smart Serve certification.
- Experience with gourmet foods.
- Barista-level espresso skills.
- Friendly customer service and flexibility
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
