Position Overview
We are looking to hire a high energy and motivated supervisor with a working knowledge and experience as a Class 1 Tanker Fluid Hauling and supervision of 30+ drivers. Knowledge and experience supervising crews & production hauls will be an asset. This candidate must be highly organized, with excellent electronic and computer skills, the ability to monitor crews, equipment, and performance, communicate effectively with a people in all roles, meet with site personal, hold safety meetings and collaborate with key stakeholders. Conducting training, development and employee safety inspections are important duties.
Reporting to our branch Operations Manager, the Field Supervisor is responsible for communicating with dispatch for the organization of people and equipment to deliver services to clients in a safe and timely manner. This individual must live locally, with a flexible and adaptable mindset, willing to travel, work extended hours when required. We provide premium wages, company vehicle, cell phone, group benefits plan, and starting wage will be dependent on experience. This is a Monday to Friday position, based on 10-hour days, along with some weekends when needed.
Applicants must hold a Class 1 Driver License with a clean commercial abstract. Wage will be dependent on experience.

Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate a group of 30+ operators as well as third party contractors
- Maintain good relations with customers and have a good understanding of their needs
- Work closely with sales to ensure all customer requirements are met in a timely fashion
- Verify field tickets with driver time sheets daily
- Work closely with office administrators to verify employee time and ticket information
- Conduct field and truck and e-log inspections
- Complete employee training and development
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Hold a working knowledge of company and client policies and procedures; ensure that staff are aware and following when on duty
Skills/Experience
- 3 years previous supervisory experience preferred
- Class 1 Driver License (required)
- High School Diploma
- Intermediate First Aid, H2S Alive, CSO, and CSTS2020
- Proven supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
- Field Supervisor - Tanker: 3 years (required)
- Leadership for Safety Excellence Certification
- Experience in and extensive knowledge of tanker and super B operating
- Equipment Mechanical and Electrical knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivated
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work well independently
- Troubleshoot and make decisions under pressure
- Proficient in app-based programs, e-logs and other electronic applications.
