Construction After Service Care – New Home Construction
Kingston – Amherstview – Odessa - Brockville ON
The successful candidate shows initiative and enjoys meeting daily challenges with minimal supervision. This multi-tasking position requires a general knowledge of all aspects of new home construction.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- attending PDIs,
- managing incoming requests for and working with our new homeowners to provide “after sales service” repairs and/or schedule the coordination of appropriate trades for the repairs,
- you will be able to provide skills & manual labour for a variety of tasks at our residential home construction sites,
- knowledge of construction Health & Safety programs and Ministry of Labour requirements, as well as familiarity with the Tarion warranty program including PDI inspections are preferred.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years construction industry experience including strong hands-on construction knowledge with well-honed customer service and interpersonal skills. A valid driver’s license is required.
Working hours for this salaried full-time 40 hour per week position are Monday through Friday 7am – 4pm with some flexibility available. We offer a benefits package and pension plan. The salary and first date of employment is negotiable.
