Our client, a leading enterprise technology and innovation partner, is seeking a dedicated payroll support associate to join their dynamic team. As a payroll support associate, you will be an integral part of the Payroll Department supporting global payroll operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Payroll support associate
Location: Remote (office located in Mississauga, ON)
Pay Range: $40/hr - $43/hr
What's the Job?
- Manage payroll processes with expertise in Canadian payroll systems and regulations
- Utilize ADP Globalview for payroll processing and reporting
- Handle tax filings and compliance requirements accurately and timely
- Coordinate and support project management activities related to payroll functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless payroll operations
What's Needed?
- Proven experience with Canadian payroll systems and processes
- Hands-on experience with ADP Globalview platform
- Knowledge of tax filings and regulatory compliance in Canada
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
