Tru Fit & Wellness is expanding! We've set up a new personal-training and group class facility in Leduc. We’re seeking Certified Personal Trainers ready to grow their business in a private, fully equipped studio. This is an ideal opportunity for trainers who want independence, flexibility, and a supportive environment.
About the Role
As an independent trainer, you’ll operate your own business within our facility. You set your own rates, manage your clients, and design your training approach. The studio offers a clean, super low‑traffic space (no public access) with access to an excellent assortment of equipment and optional group training time. We also provide booking software, payment collection, and basic marketing for your training services.
Note: This is not like a public gym where you can work the floor to find clients. You will either need to bring your own clients with you, or work to market yourself and build your own client base. The trade off here is you keep what you make, meaning more return for the time you spend working with your clients.

Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) credential
- Current First Aid/CPR
- Liability insurance
Compensation
Flat monthly rent — includes full access to the semi-private training studio (maximum of 2 trainers working at once). Group fitness area for classes at a discounted in-house trainer rate.
