As a Project Manager, Tooling, you will play a key role within the CANDU 6 team, overseeing the development and delivery of engineered tooling that supports major refurbishment and reactor maintenance projects. You will be accountable for the successful execution of tooling programs throughout the full lifecycle, from design and procurement to manufacturing, testing, commissioning, and deployment. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery experience to ensure tooling solutions are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Lead the execution and delivery of engineered tooling programs, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives.

Manage the full tooling lifecycle, including design, procurement, manufacturing, testing, commissioning, deployment, and field support.

Establish execution strategies, resource plans, risk management approaches, and performance metrics to support successful project delivery.

Coordinate and align multidisciplinary teams, including project management, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and suppliers, to achieve project objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support successful project execution and business growth.

Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, nuclear safety culture, and compliance with corporate, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred; nuclear industry experience and PMP certification are considered assets.

8+ years of experience leading or supporting complex engineering, manufacturing, construction, procurement, or project delivery programs.

Proven experience managing tooling, manufacturing, engineering, or capital projects within a highly regulated industry.

Demonstrated commitment to nuclear safety, industrial safety, quality assurance, and customer-focused project delivery.

Solid understanding of project execution, contract management, procurement, supply chain management, risk management, and project controls principles.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills, with the ability to influence and drive results across cross-functional organizations.

Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills, with experience engaging clients, suppliers, and senior leadership.

Travel to vendor, manufacturing, and customer locations will be required to support project execution.
