Weekend Dog Care Position – Horseshoe Bay
We’re a busy dog walking company looking for help with one of our most fun and unique clients!
We care for a lovely pack of 6 dogs in Horseshoe Bay 7 days a week, and are looking for a reliable, dog-savvy person to help with weekend care, with the potential for additional weekday shifts in the future.
This is not your typical dog walking position. The role involves:
- Feeding and basic dog care
- Letting dogs out on the property
- Walking and spending time with the dogs on-site
- Keeping the dogs happy, safe, and settled throughout the day
Current shift options are:
- 9am–12pm or 9am–2pm
- 4pm–7pm
We do not need someone available for every shift, however we do require coverage for the following shifts:
- Saturday 4-7pm
- Sunday 9am -12pm or 9am-2pm
There is also opportunity for additional shifts covering summer vacations and time off for other staff members, as well as potentially adding weekday shifts in the future.
Ideal fit:
- Calm, responsible, and trustworthy
- Comfortable managing multiple dogs
- Experienced with dogs and confident handling different personalities
- Reliable transportation preferred due to Horseshoe Bay location
