MAKING AN IMPACT
The Coordinator, Corporate Partnerships plays an important role in supporting partnerships with businesses across the country that help fund breakthrough research, deliver trusted information, and support people affected by cancer. Working closely with Relationship Managers and internal teams, this role supports the coordination of partner stewardship, recognition, fulfilment, and revenue tracking across cash and in‑kind partnerships, employee giving programmes, and cause marketing initiatives. The Coordinator helps ensure partner commitments are delivered smoothly, accurately, and on time
As a member of a collaborative, national Corporate Partnerships team, the Coordinator also contributes to new business development by supporting prospect research, preparing materials for prospective partner meetings, and identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow relationships. This role works cross‑functionally with marketing, communications, events, brand, and finance teams, contributes to shared tools and CRM best practices, and helps uphold CCS’s commitment to equity, belonging, and respect. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
1. Revenue and Relationship Management (60%)

Assistwith the coordination of stewardship,recognitionand fulfillment activities for a portfolio of corporate partners, including in-kind and cash partnerships, employee giving, and cause marketing initiatives.

Support Key Relationship Managers by managinglogisticsrelated to partner deliverables (e.g., in-kind product distribution, prize fulfillment, ticket allocations, voucher tracking, recognition plaques, etc.).

Maintainaccurateand up-to-datepartners,revenueand opportunity records in Salesforce, ensuring CRM accuracy.

Track incoming revenue (including the requesting and monitoring of invoices and payments), in-kind contributions and donations in collaboration with Finance to ensuretimelyprocessing,reconciliationand reporting.

Attend andparticipateinselect local events (CCS hosted and Corporate Partner hosted), including the coordinating of pre-eventlogisticsasrequired.

Assistwith reporting and analysis by creating and pulling Salesforce reports and tracking key partnership KPIs, including revenue performance and fulfillment status.

Assistwith the required preparation for corporate partner meetings and calls (in-person and virtual)

Support cross-functional collaboration to align partner deliverables and activation opportunities.

Handle partner data appropriately (privacy/confidentiality), ensuring brand/creative approvals, and managing reputational risk items/escalations.

On-site partner servicing expectations: run-of-show support, signage/brand placement checks, photo capture coordination, partner hosting, etc.

Owning timelines/workbacks for partner deliverables, setting reminders, tracking dependencies, and escalating blockers proactively.

2. Support Corporate Partnerships New Business Development Targets (20%)

Support with the required preparation for prospective partner meetings and calls (in-person and virtual) including liaising with cross-departmental stakeholders as required(e.g.Prospect Research, Health Policy, Communications etc.) to gather relevant presentation materials and support documents.

Provide prospectingassistanceto Corporate Partnerships colleagues.

Provide researchassistanceon current corporate partners to helpidentify“new channel” revenue opportunities.
3. Contribute to a strong Corporate Partnerships and CCS team by positively contributing to CCS Values and Operations (20%)

Follows all guidelinesestablishedby national leadership including Marketing, Communications, Digital Support, Finance, Team People,ITand others.

Maintains relationship data for select partners asrequiredinCRMdatabase (Salesforce).

QUALIFICATIONS:

Post-secondary education in a related field with 2-3 years of experience in administration and/or corporate customer service; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Experience supporting sponsorships, cause marketing, employee giving, or donor stewardship/fulfillment workflows.

Experience working cross-functionally (marketing/communications/finance/events) and coordinating approvals.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple timelines/workbacks across stakeholders; strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Experience using CRM systems – working knowledge of Salesforce is considered an asset.ProficiencyinMicrosoft Office suiteisrequired

Experience with invoicing processes, payment follow-up, reconciliation, PO/invoice systems, and basic revenue reporting.

Professional business writing for partner emails, briefing notes, and internal documentation.

Data entry standards, report/dashboard pulling, opportunity management support, and data quality practices (duplicates, naming conventions).

Supporting partner events/activations, vendor coordination, and run-of-show support.

Knowledge of charitable fundraising practices and donor stewardship standards

Ability towork onoccasional evenings/weekends and attend local events.

English isrequired,French/Bilingualism (French /English)is an asset due to theorganization’snationwideoperations.
