What we look for in the right candidate
- Embody a cheerful and positive attitude.
- Industry experience is not mandatory, we are open to students from all programs.
- Ability to work effectively with others as well as the ability to work independently.
- Professional and articulate with excellent written & verbal communication.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to various systems.
What we expect our candidates to do daily
- Provide patient service, administrative and clerical duties, and other activities to support the clinic.
- Welcome patients, answering or redirecting general inquiries in person, by telephone, and via email.
- Participate in team meetings on clinical, administrative and/or quality management.
- Work collaboratively with team to assist in patient recalls and referrals.
- Responsible for maintaining and contributing to a safe workplace.
- Maintain infection and prevention control and ensure all wok surfaces are disinfected on a daily basis.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
