Busy dental office in Mississauga, ON, looking for a dental assistant to join our team! We are a well-established dental office in Mississauga, ON, offering all scopes of dentistry. Job will mainly be a float role, but chair-side assisting may be required at times.
Must be HARP certified.
Part time:
Wednesdays: 11am-7pm
Fridays: 8am - 3pm
Sundays: 9am - 3pm
Wage based on experience.
Experience in AbelDent is an asset.
Candidate should have good communication skills, both written and verbal, must also be reliable, willing to learn, and must be able to work in a team setting.
Excellent documentation is key!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: communicating with the dentist, seating patients, sterilization, taking x-rays, taking alginate impressions, fabricating whitening trays, patient education, screening patients, turn over rooms, sterilize instruments, and help with x-rays, polish, and exams with hygienists as needed.
