West Wind Airspray is a leading aerial application company servicing southern Alberta.
We are currently looking for a Ground hand/Chemical mixer to join our team for the 2026 season.
You will be working as a ground crew member mixing chemicals, working with airplanes, performing light maintenance on ground equipment, and any general labor required for the day to day operation of the business.
This position is seasonal over the summer months and generally runs from June 15- Sept 30. You will be based at the Lethbridge Airport however some local travel may be required. Our typical schedule is 4 days on and 2 days off. On a busy season weekends will be required when your on the schedule.

The ideal candidate will:
-Be in great physical condition able to lift 40lbs
-Have solid math skills(we will test you on this when interviewed)
-Be comfortable and safe working in a fast paced environment
-Possess a valid class 5 driver’s license and be insurable on our company policy
-Be honest, dependable and of good character
-Be able to supply good references from previous employers upon request
-Be willing to adhere to our safety standards and complete all necessary safety/training courses
-Provide a criminal background check upon request
Previous experience in farming, agronomy or other supporting agricultural industry would be preferred and considered an asset as well, although not required.
