Bid Boss Inc. is a technology-driven online liquidation auction platform serving retail and commercial buyers across North America. We pair our own auction and commerce technology with an asset-based warehouse and fulfillment operation in Etobicoke, managing the full inventory lifecycle in-house, from intake to customer delivery.
Position Summary
We are hiring part-time Warehouse Associates to support daily operations at our Etobicoke facility. The work is manifest-driven and hands-on, calling for attention to detail where the work is precise, and a strong, steady hand where the work is physical.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload pallets of mixed, unsorted merchandise
- Work from an assigned manifest to inspect, grade, and catalogue incoming inventory using our platform and apps
- Prepare and package orders for customer pickup and shipping
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, following safety procedures and keeping the work area organized
Qualifications
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions
- Able to communicate in English
- Works well in a team
- Comfortable with hands-on, physical work in a warehouse environment
- No prior experience required; full on-site training is provided

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to regularly lift and carry items up to approximately 50 lbs
Schedule
- Part-time, minimum 4-hour shifts, Monday to Saturday
- 20+ hours per week, with flexible scheduling built around your availability
Compensation
- $18.00 per hour, paid biweekly
