Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist clients in a warm, professional manner, ensuring every visit to Radiant is a memorable one.
- Sales Transactions: Accurately process sales through cash, credit, and debit using our point-of-sale system.
- Upselling: Thoughtfully recommend complementary pieces, services, or care products that align with each client's needs and style.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our jewellery collections and be able to speak confidently about materials, craftsmanship, and care.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a beautifully presented, organized, and fully stocked showroom floor that reflects our brand's elegance.
- Time Management: Balance client interactions with daily operational tasks efficiently and with care.
- Customer Support: Handle inquiries and resolve concerns professionally, both in person and over the phone.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your teammates to meet sales targets and create a consistently excellent client experience.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience is an asset — training will be provided.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- A genuine appreciation for fine jewellery and helping customers find something truly special.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
