Duties
- Perform a wide range of aesthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions and nail care with precision and care.
- Deliver outstanding guest services by listening attentively to client needs and providing tailored treatment plans.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and clean environment for clients and staff.
- Assist guests at the front desk with check-in, appointment scheduling, product demos, and retail sales to enhance their experience.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and upselling opportunities to promote retail sales and client satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase new skincare lines or beauty tools, encouraging product purchases.
- Support team efforts through effective communication skills, teamwork, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an aesthetician or in a related beauty service role with knowledge of skincare treatments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards essential for maintaining a hygienic workspace.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments, products, and services to guests.
- Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and guest engagement strategies.
- Skilled in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair styling, nail care, and other beauty treatments preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 35.0 per week
