Mission:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic, career-oriented sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their sales expertise to drive new business while nurturing our existing client relationships. With a strong understanding of building services, you will play a pivotal role in fostering connections and maintaining our professional client base. Self-motivation, perseverance, and strong organizational skills are key to thriving in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with our current customer base.
- Proactively follow up on all sales leads provided by the company.
- Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and communications.
- Prepare accurate estimates and contracts for building projects.
- Collaborate with customers to review drawings and specifications.
- Document all customer revisions and changes, coordinating with relevant team members.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.
Education:
- Diploma in Engineering or Architectural Technology.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in the construction field.
- Proven ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a multi-functional team.
- Proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of building science and materials, including concrete, steel, and wood structures.
- Knowledge of the construction process from initiation to completion.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
- Competent in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD software.
- Flexible schedule availability and a valid driver’s license.
Pay:
Wage will depend on experience and will be discussed on an individual basis.
