Job Summary:
Under the supervision of management, the Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, setting up, and maintaining the breakfast buffet service for hotel guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve breakfast items according to IHG Staybridge brand standards
- Refill food stations and keep the breakfast area clean and tidy
- Greet guests warmly and assist with any special requests
- Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and dishwashing station
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Candidate Profile:
- Flexible and reliable
- Experience in food service or hospitality (an asset)
- Strong focus on customer service and cleanliness
- Ability to work early morning shifts, stand for long periods, and multitask
- Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
- able to communicate in French; English
