- All kitchen operational policies, procedures, standards and training
- Portion control and food cost
- Recipe execution
- Prep and par levels
- Cleaning and sanitary standards
- Safe use of all kitchen equipment and chemicals
Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience kitchen experience
- FOODSAFE Certificate is an asset
- Problem solver
