Choose Your Growth Path Option 1: Premium Chair Rental (Spots Limited) Rate: $280/week flat fee.Contract: Requires a 6-month lease agreement.Requirement: Must be a licensed barber with an established, active clientele.Perk: Keep 100% of your service revenue + earn a 15% commission on retail products (excluding alcohol).Tax Status: Independent contractor; you manage your own income tax. Option 2: The 60/40 Commission Split (Only 4 Chairs Available) The Deal: Keep 60% of your service revenue; the shop retains 40%.The Commission: Earn a 10% commission on retail products.Rent Bonus: Your 10% retail commission earnings can be directly applied to lower your future weekly rent once you transition.Tax Status: Worry-free.
