Job description
Under the responsibility of the Production Supervisor, the main objective of the Polisher is to polish the surfaces according to the requirements of the different projects and to ensure the quality of the finishes while following the performance indicators.
Technical component
Read and interpret the plans;
Clean and polish the assembly parts;
Perform the finishing;
Dismantle and reassemble the parts of the structure by bolting, if necessary;
Maintain equipment and fill out production records;
Ensure a harmonious flow of information in the factory;
Participate in factory employee meetings.
General
Participate in the training of work colleagues, mainly new employees;
Ensure a clean and safe workplace;
Adhere to the occupational health and safety management and prevention program;
Any other related tasks.
