Overview:
Join ABE Automotive, the country's premier complete car care specialist, renowned for servicing luxury vehicles and supercars. As an Installer at our state-of-the-art facility, you will be part of a team dedicated to excellence in Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installation
This role will require experience working with PPF tools and products.
High end vehicle detailing and preparation would also be useful in the role.
You will report directly to the area manager. Knowledge of paint protection film (PPF) preparation practices including template selection and plotter operation would be a very nice to have.
Key Responsibilities:
- PPF film preparation
- PPF film application
- PPF film cutting and custom fitting
- Provide industry leading paint protection film (PPF) application services and process
- Quality control of PPF installs in accordance with ABE highest standards
- Continuously driving to enhance operational practices and efficiencies
- Provide continual work progress updates on all active work
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Currently enrolled or graduated from a post-secondary institution (College or University)
- Minimum of 2 years experience installing automotive paint protection film and/or automotive window tint
- Combination of education and experience equivalent will be considered;
- Effective time management skills
- Organized with attention to detail
- Communicates effectively and works well with others;
- Good conflict-resolution skills and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

- Flexible approach to work demands
- A full Ontario driving license (with a clean record desired).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $27.00-$45.00 per hour
