Key Responsibilities
- Construct decks, pergolas, fences, privacy screens, and other exterior structures
- Read and interpret drawings and blueprints
- Measure, cut, frame, and install wood and composite materials with precision
- Ensure all work meets building codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Support and mentor team members when required
What We’re Looking For
- Proven carpentry experience in residential or outdoor construction
- Deck-building experience is a strong asset
- Ability to read blueprints and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong understanding of framing systems and materials
- Physically capable of outdoor, hands-on work
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Red Seal Carpenter certification is an asset
