The Trophy Man is looking for a motivated, creative, and dependable individual to join our growing team! This is a hands-on, multi-role position perfect for someone who enjoys creativity, working with people, and being part of a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Position Responsibilities:
- Graphic design and artwork preparation
- Clothing decoration and apparel production
- Trophy and award assembly
- Sign creation and production
- Assisting customers at the front desk
- Taking payments and processing orders
- General shop organization and daily operations

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
Experience in any of the following areas is considered a strong asset:
- Graphic design software (CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Embroidery machines
- Vinyl cutting or sign production
- Apparel decoration
- Customer service or retail experience
- General computer and production equipment knowledge
