Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, driven, and highly motivated Studio Manager to lead the day-to-day operations, sales growth, and member experience at our growing FS8 Streetsville studio.
FS8 is a unique fusion of Pilates, functional strength training, and Yoga, designed to deliver a progressive, full-body movement experience unlike traditional Pilates studios. As Studio Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving membership growth, building a thriving community, supporting the coaching team, and ensuring exceptional studio operations.
The Studio Manager will work closely with the Head Trainer to grow the business while maintaining a world-class member experience. This role combines sales leadership, operational management, community engagement, and coaching responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Membership Growth:
- Drive membership sales through lead management, consultations, follow-up, referrals, and community outreach.
- Own the sales process from initial inquiry through membership conversion.
- Monitor and achieve studio sales targets, membership growth goals, and retention KPIs.
- Build relationships with prospects and members to maximize conversions and long-term retention.
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives, partnerships, events, and community outreach opportunities.
Member Experience & Community
- Create a welcoming, energetic, and inclusive environment for members and prospects.
- Ensure every member receives a premium and consistent studio experience.
- Support member onboarding and help members achieve long-term success through engagement and accountability.
- Address member concerns, feedback, and service opportunities promptly and professionally.
- Lead community events, workshops, challenges, and member appreciation initiatives.
Coaching & Leadership
- Coach FS8 classes as part of the weekly schedule.
- Deliver high-quality classes that reflect FS8 coaching standards and member experience expectations.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to instructors and front desk staff.
- Help maintain coaching consistency across all classes.
- Work collaboratively with ownership to develop the team and improve overall studio performance.
- Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture.
Requirements
- Previous experience in fitness sales, studio management, membership sales, hospitality, retail leadership, or a related field.
- Strong sales mindset with a proven ability to build relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Experience leading teams and managing day-to-day operations preferred.
- Reformer Pilates Certification strongly preferred.
- Additional certifications in Personal Training, Group Fitness, Yoga, Barre, or related disciplines are considered an asset.
- Comfortable coaching classes or willing to complete FS8 coaching requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about health, wellness, movement, and community building.
- Professional, reliable, energetic, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable with CRM systems, scheduling software, social media, and studio technology.

- Full-Time position with competitive base salary plus commission and performance bonuses tied to membership sales, retention, and overall studio growth

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
