Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to foster a welcoming shopping environment
- Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits, assisting customers in making informed decisions
- Assist customers with merchandise selection, upselling relevant products and accessories to enhance their purchase
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and promote sales opportunities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and ensuring product availability
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience, especially in technology or related fields, is highly desirable
- Strong technical sales background with the ability to explain complex products clearly and confidently
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse customer bases
- Proven ability to perform product demos and upsell effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Familiarity with cashiering systems, POS operations, and cash handling procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, to build rapport with customers
