Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership : Define and execute regional business strategies aligned to national priorities, ensuring consistent delivery of growth objectives and operational excellence. Contribute to the development of business initiatives and support implementation across the area.
- Business Performance & Profitability Management : Own area performance across growth, profitability, and credit quality metrics. Drive business development from both internal and external sources to achieve short and long-term financial objectives while maintaining strong portfolio quality.
- People Leadership : Lead, coach, and develop a team of District Managers to build a strong leadership pipeline across the region. Oversee all people management activities including hiring, performance management, development, and engagement, while fostering a culture of accountability and results.
- Operational Delivery : Drive consistent execution of sales and service strategies across all branches, ensuring alignment to performance objectives. Oversee day-to-day operations across districts, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and strong customer outcomes.
- Risk & Control Oversight : Ensure sound credit practices and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Own delinquency performance across the area and drive proactive mitigation strategies to maintain portfolio health.
- Expense Management & Efficiency : Manage operating expenses across the area, ensuring disciplined cost control while supporting business growth and operational effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams to support execution of business priorities and ensure alignment between field operations and corporate strategy. Build strong internal relationships to enable execution and remove barriers.
What we’re looking for:
- Post-secondary education in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in consumer finance or a related industry, with progressively increasing scope and responsibility
- Proven experience leading multi-unit, geographically dispersed teams
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance growth, risk, and operational priorities
- Demonstrated leadership capability in developing high-performing teams and driving results
Working Conditions
- Frequent travel across the assigned region, including overnight travel
