Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Production Worker to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills within a dynamic manufacturing environment, contributing to the production of high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime
- Assist in setting up production lines and changeovers between different product runs
- Conduct quality checks on finished products according to established standards
- Document production data accurately and report any discrepancies or issues promptly
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve processes
Qualifications
- Technical training or certification is a plus
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred, but not required
- Must be able to operate industrial equipment safely and efficiently (required)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with troubleshooting equipment issues
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs

Familiarity with extruder lines is considered a strong advantage and will be prioritized during the selection process.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
