Job Summary
The job is best suited for a journeyperson that can perform skilled work in all types of plumbing installations. Work involves service/maintenance work in addition to new construction or renovation work, liaising/communicating with contractors and home-owners, performing other related duties as required.

- Ability to regularly lift and carry items up to 20kgs, and occasionally lift and carry items over
20 kgs.
- Regular physical effort using tools that require accurate control and steadiness; using gross and fine motor skills, and working in awkward or cramped positions requiring strength and/or endurance.
- Ability to work with efficiency and maintain focus until task is complete, re-focus after interruptions and maintain an efficient work pace.
Job Qualifications
Certified Journeyperson Plumber.
Certified Gas Fitter with valid B ticket.
A minimum of three years of plumbing experience
Demonstrated strong time management, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
A satisfactory record of work performance and attendance is required.
Criminal record check may be completed upon hire.
Wage and Schedule
Competitive wage based on experience
Full-Time – Monday to Friday (some weekend emergency work required)
Benefits (after 3 months full-time)

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
