We are looking to grow a relationship with a skilled Red Seal Mechanic who can oversee the maintenance and auto repair shop side of our business. Because we are a startup, this isn't just a position where you clock in and turn wrenches blindly—you will have a seat at the table.

- Attend automotive auctions to help source and evaluate incoming inventory.
- Take part in unique builds, mechanical restorations, and diverse fleet projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the mechanical service bay.
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics, mechanical repairs, and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of domestic and import vehicles.
- Conduct thorough vehicle safety inspections for retail clients and VSA-compliant reconditioning for our dealership inventory.
- Source parts efficiently and manage shop workflow independently.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized shop environment.
Qualifications
- Red Seal Certification: Must hold a valid Journeyman Automotive Service Technician credential.
- Experience: Strong diagnostic troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently with total confidence.
- Tools: Must have your own comprehensive set of standard hand/power tools (heavy shop equipment, hoists, and diagnostic scanners are provided).
- License: Valid BC Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
- Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit, an eye for detail on custom projects, and an interest in helping build a business from the ground up.
